Just heard on the Radio Melbourne has a mild earthquake measuring 2.8 this morning and Gippsland experienced one soon after. The siesmologist was quoted as saying is was strong enough to rattle windows and quite easily would have been felt. It has apparently been a few years since Melbourne has had a quake under it.
Did anyone here notice it?

We had one down here a couple of years ago.. i was woken up by it in the morning, But because i was half asleep i thought it was a dream!
That was until my friend rang, and the first thing he said was "Wa-hey! You don't even have to put a quarter in!!"😂

I heard a massive and deep bang and then the house shook. The missus freaked out saying "what was that?" I just said babe it was just an earthquake go back to sleep. Being an earth science student has made me complacent.
