Flange Cranks?

Gday all

I am tossing up between going for a turbo/efi with a doweled crank or spend the extra on a flanged crank and drop the turbo. Any opinions the the value for money on the flanged cranks. Engine to be around the 2332/2387.

If you're not racing all the time it would probably be enough to have the 8 dowelled crank and get it wedgemated.
