What is a fair price to pay for a 1990/91 Syncro van?

In fairly good condition with all diffs working and set up as a camper $12-15k

Unfortunately it's not a camper and I am yet to check all the mechnicals - has 196,000km on it I think

Take it off road and check all the diff's and 4WD system, can be expensive to replace!
