Like the title says, can anyone recomend a dub mechanic in the Ipswich area , the donkeywork I can do myself without a problem , but as Clint Eastwood said, "A mans gotta Know his limitations".

I havent found many peeps who play VW's in Ipswich.
Leon motor's isnt that far away and has done some good work, VW and Volvo centre are close and also do great work.
Depends on what you realy want done... general tune-ups.... maybe powertune in turley ST...

aaaaha ! so you know --donkey work is like plugs -points -tappets--timeing-oil changing--you know all the stuff that the asses-wholes want to charge $70 an hour for and useualy get wrong. (+GST--of course)

I would say that Leon's is a safe bet.

i used to get my beetle (and my partners volvos) serviced at the vw & volvo centre and they are pretty good, ted is a great guy too :thumb:thumb
