Just spoke to my engineer re transfering the engineers certificate for interstate buyers. He said the paperwork will be accepted (in QLD and VIC) as long as the car still has current NSW rego. 馃憤
I assume the car needs to be inspected to have the rego transfered but the point is, the engineers report (which is the expensive and annoying bit) will be recognised.
I'm happy to put any interested parties in contact with him.
