Jeffs grey Rat beetle caught fire on the way home from Dubs by the Pub which from what could be seen started as a back fire in the left hand side weber.
Jeff having had a previose fire with Cool 56 a few years back of coarse now carries an extingwisher but by the time it was out the paint around the back window area was fry'd but thats all the damage.
As most of you are reading this you will be all thinking FUEL LINE BLOWN OFF but all lines are ok so Jeff had it trucked home for further investigations.

Damn sorry to hear that - I must admit I had thoughts and concerns my oval would end up with a similar fate as for the first time ever in a veedub I forgot to put the extinguisher back in for the journey. All okay for me, but spewing for Jeff. 馃檨

Not too tight either, usual cause for knackered tapered roller bearings......
Just ask and boxer BMW rider about their rear hub...
