ok, so imagine you live in portugal and your moving house. you find a lovely farm house set in a decent plot of land. the place has been empty for 15 years!
whilst exploring your new property you find a large barn in the trees. the door is padlocked shut and its all rusted solid. so you grind the padlock open.........
Absolutely amazing! Some people just have all the luck!

yeah saw that on the Hoodride forums, amazing, imagine opening the doors.....I can't believe no one knew it was on the property....score!

Thanks for that Steve...
even if its on the Mazda owners forum from Norway....
I couldn't handle all that....
too many cars....
where to start??
what to sell??
It would have cost somebaody a lot of money to buy all those... depending of course on How long they have been there... a lot of Rare cars there too...
and it looks like they couldn't be worked on as they are too close to each other...
I'd take them, would squeeze round to work on them as well.😁

this was posted a month ago.....
didnt get the "story behind it"... the pic i saw of the barn was pretty obvious ontop of a hill in the open

ahhh Portugal! More than just tasty chicken and friendly women...thanks for sharing 🙂

The shed looks too big for the story to be true. Looks too big for me to even be calling it a shed! They just a property with a massive big brick building and no idea what was inside? Good story, but not the whole story I think.

wow, wow and wow again.
could possibly be a deceased persons estate..
mmm
whoever found that could probably pay off their property with the vehicles sold.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was a private collection which became a deceased estate, and the children who inherited it are not interested in keeping any of it and we will soon see advertisments for the clearing sale to end all clearing sales.
Whoever collected those cars had very good taste.

Any more about the story
Rob...

Hostia Puta! now thats an impressive barn find! Those cars must be worth a bloody mint. The question is, if you had to pick one to keep which would it be?

Hi
I remember in the early 70s an old guy around Annandale died and the local kids got into his shed, he had all sorts of old cars in there,a T model hearse and all sorts of stuff.

having thought about it i dont know which one id pick so as a must i would have to restore all the vehicles and personally drive each one and select through a process of elimination. Scores based on rarity, condition, value, and head turning ability 😉
i mean what a mess!!! dont tell me the new owners are going to be left to clean up all that dust n shite oaaaaaaaahhhh now i feel sory for them perhaps they could renegotiate on the deal what with all the work to be done n all

Saw this about a month ago, who ever sold that land must be about ready to hang themself
But I wouldnt be supprised if they are all stolen, the $$ to collect them all would be well into the millions

maybe the old coot was a mechanic or tow truck driver - who knows but it makes for an interesting story im sure
