has anybody preferably in Sydney got one of these they can sell,

Hella with 4 & 8 O'clock adjusting screws, dont care if rim dented or glass crook just need reflector to be OK - this is the one I have to match, and as you can see it has a bit of a gldie brown hue to reflector

I was able to buy in Perth a brand new Brazillian made reflector that would fit the early Hella light. $38. You should be able to get these in Sydney.

havent seen them, Classic Vee-dub had some reflectors made in Brazil for about that price that I tried to adapt, but there was no way I could do it

Judsons4eva ·

yes you need to cut some small slots in the outer rim with your Dremel so the adjusting clips fit in.

Elite Plating in Lonsdale in SA will re-silver old lenses for $40 ea

kombikim ·

thanks, I will probably end up replating, although I like the gold patina of the old reflectors,

I have a groved winder and may have a striker what are they worth?

Ken

unfortunately I meant the actual winder regulor rather than the handle, last last time I saw a new strker plate they were $70 I think

Judsons4eva ·

I'll have a look in my box of bits

Judsons4eva ·

Is this what you need?
