WTD rocker covers

I'm looking for a pair of rocker covers for a 1600 beetle engine ( 040 heads) with vent tubes thingos on them--anyone got a set from a shelved project laying around ??? --new---second handy's--- dont care as long as they're in good nick and not pricestranomical.

I only have one which is in new condition with a vent tube, will post a pic soon.

You can buy the vent tubes for a few bucks from places like vintage, classic or micks. You drill a hole in the rocker cover, insert tube & seals then tighten with a nut from inside the cover.

Ah Ha thanks for that-- good to know ---I actualy saw a pair of alloy ones on Fleebay a while a while ago which went for tupence and I was wondering if a pair of those might show up ????
