After finding out Harding European no longer exists I need a good VW mech for servicing my 97 Golf and fixing its air conditioning.
By looking through this forum I have found German Autos and Volks World. Anyone have experience with either of these and care to share them?

I think you'll find Volksworld no longer exist. Not sure who will do a water cooled late (ish) Golf... have you tried Leons or Anderwald Automotive?
What side of town are you on?

Also i know a few guys who got to wayne parks near Suncorp. Very good (they ran a porky turbo I naved in at rally tassie), but can be expensive...

i take my waterpumper T4 transporter to leans motors n its a s swweeeeeettttt as.. he is at coopers plains sorta west side..
he be good for ya ride..

I take my Kombis to Anderwald Automotive.
They do water cooled as well. Mercs, BMW and all euro.
Even seen a "Seat" there (water colled Spanish!).

Thx guy, but neither Leons nor Anderwald will do air cond work... 🙁

oh well then goto an a/c specialist.. they should do any make as the a/c are basically the same..
