[FS - WA] Go Gear (New prices)

https://forums.aussieveedubbers.com/threads/64556/fs-wa-go-gear-new-prices

HOODWINK ·

More stuff I'm getting rid of;

Pair of Reconditioned Heads, Mild Port Job with SS Valves, Heavy Duty
Springs and shim kit to suit 94mm Bore - $300

Set of 94mm Cima/Mahle Pistons and Cylinders in the box - $350

VW Case Prepared for 94mm Cans - $OLD

69mm Counter waited crank and balanced VW conrods - $300

Garrett GT2860R (used, small amount of end play) without actuator - $500

this was all going to make a moderate (180hp) draw-through turbo setup... the turbo is a Ball bearing model from a GTR skyline and would produce SCARY throttle response, The case is the weakest link but would be good for about 12PSI, which should deliver 180hp at about 6000RPM?

Have some of the seals hardware.

Post up a message or call;

Evan - 0418 864 868

I will post pics tonight

vwtyp2 ·

where are you?
I'm interested in the case for that price.
Is it mexican or German?

Dak-A-Tak ·

Whats the story on crank Evan , bearing size , second /new , welded by who ,eight doweled ,need imfo please . Dak-A-Tak

HOODWINK ·

right,

the crank has standard bearing size, and is on its first grind... so headps of life, I can measure if you want...

it is second hand and I am not sure who welded it, but from the look it is top quality and yes it is eight doweled.

from what I'm told the assembly has only had light use in a sand car, hence the ultra light weight flywheel (7lb'ish)

I will post up the pics in about an hour, the GF lost the camera connection...

Its looking we might keep the wheels anyway... Add them to our collective rim stash.... ERCO's, MANGLE's, STOCKERS, RADAR's, BRM's and maybe something else thats pretty special!

You can never have too many rims!!!
