i dont understand the other panel
wont see out the window...i dont get it, sorry...interested though for my 56

it involves cutting the back out of your car and replacing it with these panels.
one is the inside panel, and one is the outside.
You obviously cut the centres out of the window section of the inside panel.

VWTYP2 is 100% correct, this is a conversion for a big rear window beetle.
you cut down from the bottom of the rear window to the bottom edge of the air vents. then bond in the inner & outter skins, once they are bonded, then cut out the window holes from the inner skin & the air vents from the outer skin. pritty simple stuff really.
its not something for the purest, but if you want the split window look, then ......
