Anyone using the DTM type 1 fanshroud ??

Anyone using one on a performance motor, what's it like?

Did it lower the temps ?

i dont think i have seen anyone running a dtm for a type 1 in oz craig.

type 4 different story.

yeah I"m thinking of getting one for my type4 donk, and thought i might buy one for a type1.

cheers................but it has been modified for comp heads, I want to put it on a motor with standard VW heads.

Just another alternate shroud that was developed by Joe ???? who passed away a couple of years ago.
DTM - Down The Middle
Jake took over and finished/upgraded the shroud.
I guess mainly for the type 4 upright conversion the Jake is so fond of.
Jake did a lot of testing on different shrouds and doesnt particularly like the Porsche style and is pushing the DTM.

Personally seems a lot of $$$ for what it is.
