Wanted - Brake reservoir pipes for dual circuit m/cyl.

Looking to buy the steel pipes that run from the plastic brake fluid reservoir to the dual master cylinder on Bugs. These connect with the blue hose to each. Converting the old '64 Bug to dual circuit. Also, if anyone can remove it, the tray that the reservoir sits into would be nice.

I'm on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
