Hi i have my 1600Twin port for sale, it was running fine in my beetle, but soon to be EJ20T'd and need the cash.
Motor has about 2000km since rebuild.
Complete with Clutch. Doesnt slip or anything of the like.
Runs great and has a 1500 carby with adapter on it which gives it great fuel economy and sufficient power.
Looking for $1200 or Near Offer.

Rebuilt by my father ESE engineering ( volkswagen specialist for the past 30 odd years )
the 1500 carb is easy to tune and in my opinion is a better option as it has more than enough power for everyday driving etc etc
bushed - Silverbullet was originally going to get this motor off me but never finished off the transaction, maybe he found one 🙂
motor has new pistons and barrels BRAND NEW 31pict 1500 carb and reconditioned heads..
It has around 2000km on it since rebuild so its Just run in now. ready for you!
as you all know ( and if u dont, go get some quotes ) it costs around $1800 for a full 1600 reco, minus new carby and new clutch which are both included.
