I wonder how much of the rheumatism/arthritis that is developing in my hands and especiallty my knuckles, has been caused by all those pressups I did in martial arts training with a clenched fist on hard surfaces.
There was a time when I could punch a brick wall without hurting myself. Now I can't even form a fist properly.
