Well..it is a Japanese SOHC engine,year 2001 and it came out from a Legasy.
I will try to take a picture of it and uploaded here.

a shot of the ecu unplugged showing the pinout slot would be better. The link for the 98-03 manual is down on my site atm, but there's one here: http://www.overl0ad.com/LegacyFiles/
Its a big file (69mb) but its the full workshop manual so is worth downloading. it also shows models with and without OBD. Hope this helps.

Did you click on the one named 'Gen III - 1998 - 2003.zip' ? Its a zip file not a pdf and I downloaded it on a dialup modem no prob so it should work for you ok. 👍

Yes i click on Gen III - 1998 - 2003.zip,then i download the file and then when i extract it and try to open the pdf it does not open.🤖
I'really confused with this because i try to find diagnostic machine with 14pinout in order to read the problem.
