I have an engine that has done 220km's and is a complete turn key deal that can be test driven before sale . This engine was built using all brand new components apart fron the carbs which have just had an up-date kit installed . It has the following components ;
magnesium case , cro-moly race crank , H beam race rods , fk 47 cam , straight cut gears , 1.25 rockers , hand ported heads with 42x37.5 mm stainless valves , kennedy clutch , ceramic sidewinder header with polished magnaflow muffler , alternator , serpentine belt system , deep sump and chrome tin kit . The compression is set @ 9.7:1 and runs well on 98 octane fuel . The induction and exhaust noise are too much for a daily driver for me . Replacement cost for the engine would exceed $ 8000 and I would like $ 6800 for the entire engine . I would also be interested in selling the engine less carbs , exhaust and cooling system for $ 5000 , thanks ROD.
