I like the vert ghia with the merc headlight conversion. Also both single cab and blue ovals with simmons ilokk nice. Doesn't look as full as recent years?

As for that vert ghia with the merc lights - he drove in as it was starting to drizzle and has spent $50 grand and he still doesn`t have a top or wipers for it !

Where have all the ovals gone? They used to be quite common at car shows. There are still a few floating around but not a lot in the way of faithful restos. I remember looking at Ed Garcias and Johnny Sulymans back in late 80's early 90's wondering which one I would steal first.

Thats the kind of level I want mine to be at if I ever get started. Its only been about 15 years since I bought it, cant rush these things.

This was the first time I have missed the nationals since 1989 which I think was my first......
