hi im after a 38amp type 1 genny in good working order.

(thanks for the one you gave me barry but the amature in it is stuffed and although i only wanted it for the bearings which are good, it turns out the amature in mine was poling out and it is pretty much stuffed as well)

anyway im on the sunshine coast, Sippy downs.

0439737762 (but my fones playing up at the moment so maybe a TXT or U2U would be better)

i've got a brand new generator, was going to use it for my type 3 but now putting a type 4 in the notch so its just siiting on the shelf.

Its a type 1 generator i paid $300 new be happy with around $200.

I have some 2nd hand ones kicking around, condition unknown but they are usually pretty good, might need brushes - $25

do you know if any of them came out to working cars brad? sounds good i just dont really wanna get one that doesnt work.

Well they would have all been in working cars at one time or another. I don't usually hang onto them if they are stuffed but as I can't say for certain I would rather not say.

Take this one for example :

The engine cracked a head so was pulled down and never went back togeather. It was working fine when pulled but has been sitting since. I have no idea if it works or not but it was working when the head cracked and the engine was retired.

Anyway so there is no confussion I am selling stuf AS IS, feel free to come and check it out.
