i was wandering around the local tyer joint and spied these wheels with a differant multi fit arrangement the holes were elongated to suit 5x100 and 5x114.3 so i would guess that vw 5x112 would be in the middel

they would bolt up yeah but i wouldnt advise it
theres nothing to keep the wheels steady on the studs
with 114.3 and 100mm there either hard up against the outside or the inside of the hole
at 112 there in the middle with nothing to stop movement either way
nice new rims to suit a kombi arent hard to find thesedays cos there the same pattern as merc and alot of current model vws and audis which have nice looking stock rims often in 17" too

very true i asked about that problem and was told that a set of spacers are available that fit like washers
Brad ·
usually when you buy this style of wheel you get a PCD ring to suit your application which lines the centre bore up and thus aligns the studs in the slots.
Seems to work fine.

Hub rings FTW!! so many people don't run them and wonder why they have balance issues......
Joel ·
yea i run them on my rims but plastic can only handle so much Gforce 😂

I had a set of multi fit wheels on my cabrio and they were the worst thing that I ever bought. No matter how many times I had them balanced or what I did they wobbled all over the place at any time I did over 80 km/h. It felt like the wheels were going to fall off !!!!!!!!! They were so bad that I couldn't drive the car when I was pregnant as it made feel sick.
