Yes chris... Its a boys and toys thing...

Yeh Andy.... i know.. but no leaks... Aircon.. Auto... Nice cruiser.. Will you be at action day? wanna catch up.

Tazz

Lookin good Tazz. Little too much air between the guards and the tyres tho mate!! Needs serious lowering and big arse wheels👍

Tazz

Plenty of auto air cooled VW's about, and they all have windows that wind down. Leaks?? In a VW?? Are you real?? Never. 🤪

Not certain on Action day, hoping to but may be dragged away. I am out your way fairly often though on week ends so could drop in if I don't get there.

What AM I saying, hrmmmmmm 😁 I can't wait for action day!

Hope u have as much fun in yours as i am having in mine. Go cart on steriods ...

cheers
beb

Yeh dean.... new suspension is in the pipeline. drives awesome... but still not a Type3.
neither can i Joh. will be a whoot just have to figure out what car to take... lmao
Now jess when have you known me to not to have a good answer.. :P

The Mk1's are ok... but the Gen3's are awesome. 2lt auto with Power hook and ABS gets the heart racing. Some new coilovers will just set the stance and add that extra handling.
Jess. Took the golf out west sunday through the hills.. 140km around 60km signed corners is just fuckin crazy...lol hit the top and no road and all you see is sky.
😀😀😀😀

Anytime you in EEEEEpswich Andy.. i'll give you the addy. I might have a new toy on the burner soon...

Tazz

Oh decisions decisions! Since I am only living about 5 mins from you and Kac now we can meet at yours and cruise down to ... well ... wherever action day is lol 😵 Sounds like you had a blast taking the Golf for a speedy spin on Sunday! Would have been awwwwwesome.

14th sept and your welcome to cruise with us. so long as we dont have to wait long for you to turn up. lol

Tazz

Cheers Tazz, sounds very interesting!
I'll be out that way the next coupla week ends helping the inlaws move, if I get a break I'll duck out.
PM a phone no. and I can ring before hand.
Oh, you interested in the remains of the '69 fasty shell? Usual rust, mostly LH inner guard and in the boot area, but a fair amount is still good for repair panels.

hahahahaha, haven't you heard the saying "always late but worth the wait"!? I once had a shirt that said that with a lil pic of a turtle 😀 lol in all honesty I am normally on time .. well, if you don't count the VERY 1ST time I met you guys before we cruised to Valla 😊

I had some visitors rock up on Sunday at my house! Even though I must have looked a mess with paint in my hair and all over my reno clothes it was nice to see them! Oh and the plates are different now, they are "LOH20" and very hot!! 😁

Your house is awesome joh. Some very nice work you have done. That picture seems to be missing something... oh... another silver beetle perhaps?
😁😁😁

Oh and you were spotted lastnight cruising Park rd in Milton...

Tazz

I agree, it looks a little strange without another silver bug there! Oh, there has been alot of work that's gone into my house, thanx Tazz 😏 It's been about 3 and a half yrs since I bought it, can't believe it's almost ready for sale. I might post some before and after piccys on here soon.

Yes Andy, we spotted you last night whilst having italian!

Keeping the pan, it's just the shell.
Cool,
Seems we are spotted everywhere lately regardless of what car we are in! Bit hard to be cruising with the missus and baby in the back though 🙂
