Hi All,
Know this is a longshot but I need a clip that bolts onto the generator clamp that slides around and locates in the top on the breather. Even a image of what one look like. I have the breather but not sure if I have the slide and would like one for my turbo 54 motor.

Yes it is it, The one bolted from the generator bracket that swings around and is sprung and pushes against the oil filler/ breather.

If your going for origionality then you will need the strap aircleaner as well big 36mm gen pully and the round regulator do you have these

Looks like a fairly simple part, can you just fabricate it from sheet metal?

VW 54, This is for my turbo motor and not original but I just want to add a few older parts as a bit of cool as my car is a 54.
Paul, looking into that at the mo. I might be able to borrow one from Mr Lord and Craig is going to make them.
