i guess they used a blunt steak knife to cut the back wheel arches out lol

DRB Sabre. Type3 based, and a bargain at that price. They can look very nice when done right, and this one is as good a base for this 25+ yo body as I've ever seen that cheap.

BTW the wheel arches are meant to be that shape. Ditch the Kmart hubcaps though ROFL.
