I'm heading to Adelaide for a holiday from the 15th to the 30th of April. Just wanting any suggestions I things to do or go see? I was also wondering if there are any VW shows or meets happening while I'm down there? As I would love to check out the local scene.

Nothing I know about unless there is a pizza / gelati night. To see and do depends on what your into I guess. Me I head south and check out beaches like port noarlunga and dive this quite a bit when the weather is right. Even further south to second valley or rapid bay is beautiful if you like watching the world go by. These are really hot spots if you like fishing too. Lots of wineries and great places to eat at McLaren Vale or if you like more metro areas try henley square, glenelg or in adelaide itself like rundle street.
Your about a month too late as there is the fringe festival and clipsal 500 on this month.
Happy holidays,

Do the Barossa Wine tour, then Adelaide Hills go to the look out great view of the city from the look out, Handorf is a really cool town up the hills very German heritage. Mc Clarenvale very pretty another great wine area. Catch a tram out to the beach' not a bad trip, enjoy.

Hey debiasi4
Was wondering what time the Pizza night is this Friday as I would love to come along.
Visit the cricket museum at the Adelaide Oval (if you are into cricket). Try the maritime museum at Port Adelaide. There also used to be an aircraft museum at Port Adelaide, but I'm not sure if it's still there.
Go to SA's only remaining drive-in theatre at Gepps Crossing.
The Southwark brewery also does tours and tastings.

Don't forget the National Railway Museum also at Port Adelaide. Botanic Gardens are nice too if you want some quiet time.
