bloody optus

my small tale of woe
while browsing my bank account prier to the tax season,i spotted a small direct debit to optus and a referance number.so onto the phone now we not talikng millions $17.95 per month the first rep asked me for my account number to witch i told her that i don't have an account thats why i calling and after a long pause she aske me for the account number.
so i asked to be passed to a person higher,now the first thing out of this fools mouth is whats you account number,islowly explained that i dont have an account and tats why i'm calling to find out why i'm being charged for an account that i dont have,he said give me your account details and he would chase it up.i politely asked for a person higher up and as asked had he upset me ,i said no idiots get my sympathy now on to number 3 rep and she lasted 1 minet before i refused to talk to her and wanted to speek to a higher person ,him i told why i asked for him because i didnt want to argue with a idiot just incase her ws doing the same.
now this chap ued the referance number and told me it was an account for dial up ,i told him that i have never asked for nor required dial up,a now he said that they could only pay the last 9 months so i asked how far back it goes and was told 3 years ,now i'm getting stresed so i sak why i cant get the whole ammount.and was told that is how it worke .and i asked to be passed to a person who could give me better answers.he wanted to know why i wanted to do this and i said it was developin into the same situation that the last rep had gone s.
so onward and upto number 6 who mearly said he would get some people from accounts to talk to me ,i asked if they carried violin cases and got a huh
well now we have gone to our corners and waiting for round 2 h me luck😂

Greedy, you realy must proof read what you have writen before you post, but unfortunatly thats the standard you get from people on those lines, one in a hundred can make sense out of what you tell them. I had a bloke the other day wanting to sell me their service designing web sites, took him about 5 min. to click that I was describing what I wanted, strung between two branches of a tree and over to the eaves of my house, Slooooow.

Thanks thugbug, after posting I thought it might be taken the wrong way so greedy I hope I didn't offend you, I also have a fairly basic education (check my speln 👎) but reckon I have a few years on you to have moved along a bit, I certainly didn't mean to offend so if I did I realy do appologise. Proof reading is a must though I reckon. 😘

I use Firefox as my web browser and it spell checks as I type. When it sees a word that it thinks is suss it underlines it in red. At the end of typing I right click on each word that's underlined and it gives me a list suggestions to fix the word or I can add it as a new word to my personal dictionary.

Fire fox also can have an Australian English dictionary added on to it.

thanks Matt as i use the spell checker with firefox also, and yeah HAPPY BIRTHDAY GREEDY,have a good time tonight with the Flat Four Vee-dub club on the overnight camping run:-)
