Just curious what you're all up to for easter and what you think of it. It's a big weekend. Lots of stuff on and people with plans. Anyone planning on going to church?

no vee dub events so will have to just eat chocolate, drink grog and watch movies and maybe go for a drive in the oval one day as it hasn't been out of the garage for 3 weeks.

Actually there is a Classic Car Show and festival markets on at Robertson, on Easter Sunday. Club Veedub is going - meet at Uncle Leo's roadhouse, the Crossroads at Liverpool, at 8:00am. We are crusing down at 8:30am. Car display, market stalls, antique shops, old wooden pubs, etc etc.

There is the Bug-Inn in Victoria but it's too far to go. There is also car racing on at Mt Panorama - not sure if it's club level or professional.

Probably taking my 8-year old to the Easter Show, the zoo, the drive-in (she wants to see Monsters v Aliens) and the Powerhouse Museum, which is a great place to spend the day. And she can also help me wash and polish the VWs. Beer and pizza with the VW boys too.

And hope I don't get called into work to fix the servers again.

I just picked up my bug last Saturday so I think I'll be spending most of my time tinkering with her. God it's good to get back into an old car again!

I wanted to go for a run in my newly fixed bug.
I just got the carbies fully sorted, I have a new Bosch alternator and BMD pulley kit installed and my new coil has fixed my spark breakdown underload.

Does anyone want to do a run on Easter saturday from the south side of Sydney down to Wollongong perhaps or some other suggested run? Tezza

but Goats don;t race....
