puta help again

our "soccer club" laptop came back to me and now the key board has a key pad in the middle of it

Under 7,8 & 9
U is 4
I is 5
O is 6
J is 1
K is 2
L is 3
M is 0

Now can only assume this is a Fn problem and the keyboard is not broken

The puta is a Acer Aspire 5630

Cant really see how to turn it off??
Any ideas??
