in glovebox of my 74 beetle, found a small yellow part, which i have no idea what it is - has vw symbol and part number is 133-867-647. looks like a cable might go through it.

I assume superbug something or other, any ideas?

Got a pic? VW called it a distance piece, and dropped it from parts stock in 1984
