FOR SALE great 2.2L VW ENGINE with mods

Hi all,

Ok I bought a buggy and have decided to strip it down and rebuild it as you do !
I have removed the engine and am selling it whole as a turn key engine !
The guy I bought it off told me the engine specs ! I am not too strong in the engine department but this is what is up for grabs from what he told me !

ENGINE:

It is a VW 2.2 lt
Standard 12 volt starter
12 volt Alternator with alloy stand with built in oil filler neck
Flywheel is standard, lightened and balanced
Heavy duty clutch
Engle Cam W110
SCAT 1.25:1 Ratio Rockers
Bolt on Empi Rocker Covers
GENE BERG Oil pump
CB Performance 82 mm Forged Stroker Crank
Chromoly Pushrods
CB Performance Lifters
Chevy Style Valve Springs
Ported, Polished ccd Pro Street Eliminator Heads
Stainless Valves 42 mm Inlet with 44 mm Outlet
92 mm Mahle Pistons and Barrels
Total seal rings
CB Performance H Conrods
External oil filter
Twin Ducatti motorbike canon exhausts
Chrome Bosch 009 Dizy
48 mm Webbers (like new) with oiled foam filters, also comes with brand new set of unused polished alloy EMPI Air Cleaners that sit over the stacks
High capacity oil Sump
Straight cut cams

This engine was fitted to my road buggy, It is powerfull !!!
No turbos needed !

For the engine to look the part it will need:
A New Fan Housing (tinware)
A New Pulley Guard
The engine does not have a fuel pump as it was being fed by an electric pump.
(I have a mechanical one you can have).

This engine was removed about a month ago and is sitting in my shed out of the elements.

I really need the money for the rest of my build and wont be using this engine as I have another one on standby.

This is a bargain when you consider the heads alone are worth around $1000 a pair new, this combined with Mahle pistons and barrels and Webbers to say the least.

The engine is advertised elsewhere as well and If it doesnt sell in 2 weeks I will consider dropping the price as I need the money ! Any questions I will do my best to answer them !
