got a 1961 karmann ghia. How do you i the window crank and inside door handle off so i can take the door lining completely off? Do you just push in the lining and hit that tiny pin out on the handles with a hammer and punch?

sometimes they will knock out easier in one direction than the other

sweet thanks again!...i gave one a hit earlier today and it seemed very stuck in so i didn't continue. I had second thoughts that it was the correct way to go. Its good to know im on the right track.
