Oval Floor pans

I am looking at replacing my oval floor pans on a project. Are there any things I should look for in a replacement panel?

I am most concerned about the pedal assembly section. Are all pedal assemblies bolted on the same i.e. the roller pedal could fit in a later early model etc. Don't want to put the wrong pans in to discover I can't fit the roller pedals.
