Being new to the VW culture I am seeking advice or input on replacing/rebuilding the 1600 twinport motor I have in my Baja. I am looking to invest about $2500/$3000 into it and I am looking for the best combination for the vehicle. I will also be looking to run a external oil cooler as I live in the Central West of NSW and it gets pretty hot out here, so if you have thoughts on this please advise. If you think I need to warm the motor over aswell, do tell please. Your input will be greatly apprecited.
