they like most webers and dells of the era have cold start enrichment which works same as a choke

in all honesty up there in qld u wont even need a choke
i ran a DCN for a couple of years and its the model before DCNF and didnt even have a choke
even in the middle of winter it started fine and idled straight away with no choke, only an electric manifold heater in place of the rotten preheater pipes
more than can be said for the shitty kadrons i had
