Does anyone know where you can sorce old school ibeam front ends?
I've tried a couple of places but they seem to snub me when they see I'm interested in a volksrod project.

Do you want the complete front end and suspension assy as shown or just the I beam and stubs? Will the track be critical?

Don't want to state the obvious , but some of these people are pretty busy building cars not looking at and answering emails .
Might be better to ring them at some appropriate time of the day , when that is , f#@k knows , but I'm sure you will get a bit more interest in your project talking to them , and might even get pointed in the right direction !!!

The speedway motors kit I think would be the best way to go. A complete Rodtech stainless front end will be $4000-$4500. Sure you don't just want a beam extender??? : )

Yeah I know the hassle of not having the time to reply to emails, I'm going through that right now preparing cargo to go to Antarctica.
I'd like to buy local as it's always good to help those who need it but I will buy oversea's if I have to, I'd love a beam extender but for all the work to go to getting it ok'd for the road I'd proably like to go the extra mile and get that serious hot rod look with the I Beam.
Not to say that Sid dosen't look anything but hot.
Freight from the states is the biggest killer then you've got the government trying to take their cut out of buying anthing from the states, you shouls see the charges I got from trying to get some coats from Japan.
