Another stupid question from Dirtbag

Hi all. I need to find out if you can get the sway a way style adjusters for a kombi beam. I need to fix a beam with buggered avis style adjusters already on it, but they're a nuisance, and the sway a way ones are so much easier to install, so any info would be greatly appreciated.

Call Mike at CBB, they do lowered Kombi beems all the time.
