I do remember hearing (urban myth perhaps) that one guy had about 10 - of which his wife only knew about 2. They were stashed all over the place.

yeah, ive owned over 300 vw's in the past when i was in the uk (none were ozzy ones) i didnt own them all at the same time either.

Do you rekon the oldies vw's are getting rare cause people keep bottling them up in their backyard and never getting around to them :P
(ie: splitties, type 3's, early beetles etc. etc)
Will be rust flakes before they finish their other nine haha.
