Ill be down there from the 4th till the 14th, flying instead of driving for a change so will be borrowing a car, steve, jak, mick, anyone else? ill be around toukley for most of it but will be making a trip to syd & penrith for a day or 2, perhaps going to wsid to watch rodney run with the nos setup too, cant remember what day that was going to be though.
So... what day would be good to visit?

yep, friday it is, rod posted about it, lesson learnt, arriving at airport 3hrs early isnt a good thing, anyway im looking like being around syd for fridaytill sat mid arvo & maybe something like monday/tues, missing the outlaws birthday wouldnt be appreciated too much so its the best i can do.
as for jak im about an hour from you any other day so any time would probably work nicely, unless its awesome weather, i gotta go to the beach at least once!

one down plenty to go, jak's is very impressive for something fairly stock looking, its made me nostalgic for my super when it was my daily, strange how vw's smell similar, heading down to syd on friday morning, going to the drags fri nite, mite be staying fri nite but not sure yet, gotta be at the central coast by sat arvo though 🙁

Managed to avoid supervising Little Athletics on Friday night, so at this stage I plan to be at WSID and I'll try and get some photos of Rod doing his testing. Hopefully I'll see you there.

just so plans are known, yah have transport, hiring car & flying was far more appealing than driving a dunnydore for 8-12hrs, especially an auto, ewwww will be able to hang around till around 2-3ish, gotta be back for the womans mothers birthday party/gathering thingo, tis a good idea to keep the outlaws happy 🙂

oh & micks bug, fuckin awesome, no lag, big boost, very fun 😀 just get that "its on the list of things to do" finished & it will be amazing 🙂
also, for the ones that attended v-force & the palace for the liquid lunch, nice meeting you all & oooh theres some good stuff at the shop these days, glad i dropped by 😀😀 also, on the topic of scoops like boofs, the remmelle ones & the naca kinda ducts on the rear 1/4 where the 1/2 moon vents go.... perhaps we should try the VVDS style one, its REALLLY subtle 😂

well, safe to say, wollongong is a seriously nice looking place, same can be said for rod's very nice area, cool toys too 😀 -ignoring the fact the weather would only be liked 2months of the year i loved it, so did the woman, roads around there are super nice, bulli pass on the way & the coast road/touristy drive on the way back, that bit where you go out over the ocean away from the cliff is cool, great suggestion from rod 🙂
after that... went to steve's place, horrid driveway, suprised the kamei is still in one peice really, nice toys, even better was the bonus feed, best VW restaurant in town if you can find a park 😂 (dave - thanks for going to your mates bbq, i had yours too :P ) nice meeting you all again, checking out the respective garages/caves of vw gear, i think ive exhausted the vw stuff for this trip, best do some actual holiday stuff, great to put faces to the names/forum handles anyway, will probably see you all again at bug-in/nationals/valla IF i get this damn car finished!

That road is a good drive, i was in wollongong a while backk with my gf and said we should go to her dads and thats the waya we went, its a wonderful drive in a bug.
