Great looking car Mick, cant work out why I have not seen this around. Asking big $$ but I do know that the money has been spent as well to get it to what it is now and from my perspective, I hate your guts cause you have put in the time and effort into many areas I wanted and should have done on mine.......................jealousy is a curse. In all honesty hope someone loves it and has the $$ to spend.
Did you get any readings on intake temps and just how effective the Plazaman stuff is?

Balljoint beams started in 68 here... so if Mick's beam is a balljoint (pretty sure it is.... Mick ?) then yup, it'll fit a 71 beam bug no probs.
The 71 needs to be a BEAM bug, not a Super...

Conversion is a 'show' conversion. It's also a late model EJ20 engine, not a 90s model. This makes a BIG difference when it comes to tuning and programming the engine - do not compare the price to a 90s WRX engine - its not the same.

This is turnkey, you just need to get your cooling and intercooler done. Remember the post 2000 suby engines need a lot more tuning work, hence the $1575 from pulse racing – its all dyno tune time, plus a couple of sensors. No expense paid and no risk – the engine has been proven and tested. Buying from wreaker sometimes you don’t know if the engine has been damaged. The risk is not there in this cause.
