VWMA

Folks often we complain about bad service, but rarely
acknowledge good service. Craig from VWMA has gone
well above good service, recently there was a couple of hiccups with delivery of my magazine. Craig went well above and beyond to make sure I got my copies, I'm pretty sure he's not making millions out of the mag, so my subscription is definatley in the red. However while Craig is at the helm he will have my support.
By the way I do not personally know Craig, nor do I have any (financial) interest in the mag.
It just proves once again VW people are the best.

I subscribed at christmas i was a little upset that you dont get a copy of the current mag when you subscribe but this quarters mag turned up oon time and in great condition :P
