Well we are looking at buying a 55acre property and building a shed house on it. what I need to know is if anyone can giveor knows a rough price on what it cost to install a septic system an to run electricty from the road up to the house ( cost per meter). We are looking at Gayndah which is 3 hrs NW of Brisbane.
If there is also any tradeis or suppliers of Building supploies that will be looking for work after April we would love to throw work to fellow Vee dubbers so let us know what you can do

John, you will need to contact the local council up there to find out what they require, as down here(Warwick) they require a treated system, which is around $6K and thats before installation! :s But they may be happy with a traditional septic system up there ... Cheers Todd 馃榾

I did exactly that 5 years ago John, but in the Noosa Shire, Call and I can give you some ideas and costs that we incurred then. It's a surprise when you add it all up.
