So what's the problem?
1st....2nd....3rd....4th all good but 3rd back to 2nd or 2nd back to 1st while moving is becoming almost imposible it's fitted with a Scat qhickshift.

first off check the selector plate under the shifter to see if u have one
and second to see if its fitted the right way around
if its there then loosen the 2 bolts and select second gear wriggle the knob and tighten the bolts centralising the shiffter as you go

How old is the gearbox? could it the synchro going?

Just dosn't seem to line up properly, I feel the syncro is ok as there is no crunching when I do get it to go in.
