Floor Pan Halves

Hey Guys
Any of you know if you can replace a floor pan half with the body still on the car.

Had to order a half just for the seat brackets, its theright side and I thought instead of cutting off the seat brackets I could replace the half. A bonus as it would fix a few little problems around the battery box area.

But if You cant do it with out taking the body of then I wont bother.

Asking now as I havent got the half delivered yet so I dont know exactly what your get.

Can do but a little bodgy and difficult. I'd cut and repair the pan section for the repair and drill spot welds and remove seat bases for swap, but it wouldn't be easy. R & r body and then you can replace pan 1/2's properly and fit that heater duct 🙂.

hmmm Matt............Laz did it for me perfect, heater channel and all!..........but there is only one Laz out there as we both know, thank god 😀

Search the net. Theres at least one article that I found on it on how to do it.

the one and only....remember he had done about 35 before yours. 🙂 And the heater channel removed first will give access to the corners where otherwise it would be a pita.
