Why are the Yanks such big fans of draw through turbo systems ? It seems low-tech compared to the stuff I regularly see on here with EFI, etc.

Yeah its just one of those things with them. I think its less mucking around to fit (no need for BOV etc) and set up but low tech and I'd rather put the fuel in after the turbo thanks. They also seem to have less issues with the law when bits are hanging out the back.
