Hi guys, I am need of a running board for a 76 Beetle (although I think they are all the same). I need the passenger side unit and it needs to be straight and free of rust holes. Some surface rust (bubbles) are OK but I don't want to have to do any welding. I'm located near Hornsby, so somewhere in the Sydney north or lower central coast would be best.
Let me know what you have.

depends on what story you get when purchasing them a supplier
the Mexicans are best of the bad bunch good strong metal rubber is reasonable
German not available anymore
Wolfsburg West in the US make the best but take a while to get here

the ones from about 64 and earlier will still fit but wont meet up with the front gaurds well, the early gaurds had a squared off recess that the running board sat against, like this
the later ones just followed the contour of the gaurd
