Hey every one!
I'm about to start my Baja Bug conversion this weekend and wonder how would the best way to gain more ground clearance.
It has a standard type 1 in it and will be putting the type 2 IRS in it soon. Is it as simple as moving the torsion bars back a notch or will that cause problems?

Also with the front i was going to extend the swing arms and put spring on there or something.

dude if you plan on registering this, speak to an engineer before doing anything

it will be for off road only.... no plans to register it!
