I'm still only a new member in dubbers and the kombi club forum, I'm sure I have rubbed a few up the wrong way with my enthusiastic pro corvair motor stance, so sorry to who ever I have offended. Reading some previous threads with all the slangin going on, does nothing but degrade this forum and the enjoyment of communicating with fellow V-Dubsters just goes out the window. Please folks, focus your aggression on some rusty panels of ya vdub. And if your dub is looking all good well then give ya buddy a hand with his or her VW. If someone takes everything seriously, then they will suffer the wrath of a premature death of cardiac arrest due to stress, or a hernia at the least...

Its disappointing that these issues can't be resolved in a more private and discrete manner. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I personally did not join this forum for that kind of thing. I joined to communicate with like minded people and get some advice from those with such great knowledge of veedubs. Hopefully tonight is an isolated incident and the issues can be sorted out.

I try to joke and find somthing funny in everything. Theres no point getting worked up over somthing like that.

Hi all, yes i am a noob on this site, but am a member of another similar site and let me say that this sort of behaviour is common, whilst it can be upsetting, and unacceptable , the reality is in real life i.e face to face this sort of behaviour would not exist, but however when people interact from behind a keyboard and computor screen this sort of behaviour becomes the norm , sad but true, i have learnt to read what matters and ignore what doesnt, it doesnt matter what forum you frequent there will always be disagreements procrastinating in to personal conflict, there is a saying " take a cup of concrete and harden the f&*K up" dont be nieve guys and move on !!!! p.s love the site 😊

Yeah hope, this all blows over, am hangin out for Oct 10th when the shores of Corio bay Geelong comes alive with vws of all descriptions, been workin feverishly on getting a dub together for it, cheers Frank
