Watching the show, couldn't help thinking that a kombi campervan would be the perfect ... campervan!
Anyone notice in the background shots, you could see a light blue bay-window campervan?
Turns out it was used by the camera/support crew!

I noticed this also! It's always in the background when they came to a new area.

At least they acknowledged that the Beetle was the superior car in the African episode!
Saw the bay camper. There was also a really sweet camper in a show that was airing on the ABC a while back called "3 Hungry Boys", narrated by the guy from River Cottage. Its great to see dubs featuring in modern tv still 👍
