I have a few NOS mufflers available for $120 each in sydney. They are solid but would require a repaint for a show car.
They Ernst brand and made in West Germany!

Cheers.

Are these the same as a 1600cc muffler for a type 1 donk?

They look the same.

Any advice is helpfull.

Thanks,

Scott

1200 and 1600 are not the same mate

Scottkombi · 24 Jan 2011, 10:17 pm

What's the difference??

They look exactly the same as my muffler off my 1641 type 1.

Birdman · 26 Jan 2011, 7:43 pm

I think the difference is the spacing between the heads.

pod · 26 Jan 2011, 7:53 pm

correct ^^ 1200 slightly thinner than 13/1600

Bizarre · 26 Jan 2011, 8:25 pm

1200 - 64 crank

1600 - 69 crank

5 mm difference
