Do all Bug Bodies come off the Chassis (ie 60s, 70s)

Yes, but they're held down by a lot of bolts. And the floorpan isn't really a proper chassis as such, the body does provide it with some additional rigidity.

And in the case of the supers you won't have a front end. It's a part of the body.
